How to Register as a Prospective Adoptive Parent in Ukraine

Ukrainian citizens living in Ukraine can apply to be registered as prospective adoptive parents through the local Children's Affairs Service or online through Diia. Registration is free and includes document checks, a home assessment and, in most cases, mandatory adoptive-parent training.
