How to Get an Official Income and Tax Statement Online in Ukraine
Request official DRFO information on your income, income sources, assessed or transferred tax and military levy online through Ukraine's State Tax Service Electronic Cabinet.
Helpydo structures practical guidance around official or public sources. For individual cases, confirm requirements with the responsible institution.
An individual registered in Ukraine's State Register of Individual Taxpayers (DRFO) can request their own official income and tax information online through the State Tax Service Electronic Cabinet. Sign in to the private area, open "EC for Citizens" and "Request for amounts of paid income", choose the period, save and electronically sign the request. The current request is form F1319104; the response is form F1419104 and shows income sources and amounts, assessed or transferred tax and military levy. The service is free. The State Tax Service says the response normally arrives within minutes, and it can be downloaded as a PDF or as an electronic response package bearing the STS qualified electronic seal.
What you need
- You must be an individual whose information is recorded in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers (DRFO) or its separate register.
- You need access to the private part of the State Tax Service Electronic Cabinet.
- Electronic identification is required. The STS currently supports access using a qualified electronic signature (QES), the integrated id.gov.ua identification system, including supported BankID/MobileID methods, or a cloud QES including Diia.Signature.
- You must specify the period for which you need the information.
- The electronic request must be signed before it is sent.
Eligibility
An individual registered in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers, or in the separate register maintained within the DRFO, may obtain information about themselves held in that register. Current State Tax Service guidance expressly covers Ukrainian citizens, foreigners and stateless persons who use the electronic identification required for the online request. The request is for your own DRFO information; it is not an application for another person's income data and it is not the same procedure as filing an annual property and income tax declaration.
How to do it
- Open the private part of the State Tax Service Electronic Cabinet and complete electronic identification.
- Choose "EC for Citizens" in the menu.
- Open "Request for amounts of paid income" and select "Create".
- Enter the period for which you need your income and tax information and save the request.
- Sign the request electronically. The current electronic request is form F1319104.
- Send the signed request. The Electronic Cabinet transmits it automatically after signing.
- Check the same income-request section or your incoming documents for the response. The current response is form F1419104.
- View the information online or download the PDF information statement. If you need the electronically authenticated version, download the response package containing the PDF and the .p7s file with the qualified electronic seal of the State Tax Service.
What information does the DRFO response contain?
The State Tax Service provides individuals with information from the State Register of Individual Taxpayers (DRFO) about their own income and related taxes.
The current electronic service covers:
- sources of accrued income;
- amounts of accrued income;
- assessed or transferred tax; and
- the military levy.
This makes the response useful when you need official tax-record information for purposes such as confirming income, checking information reported to the tax authority or preparing another procedure that requires income figures.
If you need insurance-record and salary information from the Pension Fund rather than DRFO tax information, see how to get an OK-7 certificate. The two records serve different purposes.
Who can obtain the information online?
Under the current DRFO rules, a person registered in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers or its separate register may receive information about themselves held in the register.
The State Tax Service specifically states that the electronic procedure is available to an individual who may be a Ukrainian citizen, foreigner or stateless person, provided the person can complete the required electronic identification.
If you need an RNOKPP before dealing with taxpayer services, the separate procedure explains how to get a Ukrainian taxpayer identification number (RNOKPP).
How do you request the statement in the Electronic Cabinet?
The current State Tax Service process is completed in the private part of the Electronic Cabinet.
- Sign in to the Electronic Cabinet.
- Open "EC for Citizens".
- Select "Request for amounts of paid income" and choose "Create".
- Enter the period for which the information is required.
- Save the request.
- Electronically sign it using an accepted electronic-signature method.
- The signed request is then sent to the State Tax Service.
The current electronic request identified by the STS is F1319104.
How can you authenticate in the Electronic Cabinet?
The State Tax Service currently lists several electronic-identification methods for access to the private cabinet. These include a qualified electronic signature issued by a qualified trust-service provider, supported identification through id.gov.ua, and cloud qualified electronic signatures, including Diia.Signature.
The request itself must be electronically signed before submission.
What does the State Tax Service send back?
The current response is form F1419104, formally covering information from the DRFO on sources and amounts of accrued income, assessed or transferred tax and military levy.
In the "Request for amounts of paid income" section, the STS says you can:
- view the response without saving it;
- download an informational statement in PDF format; or
- download the response certified with the qualified electronic seal of the State Tax Service.
The certified download is provided as a package containing the electronic response in PDF format and a .p7s file containing the STS qualified electronic seal. The Electronic Cabinet also provides instructions for verifying the authenticity of the electronic document.
Is there a fee for getting the statement?
No. Current 2026 State Tax Service guidance states that obtaining income information through the Electronic Cabinet is free.
You do not need to file an annual tax declaration merely to request this DRFO information. If your actual task is to declare taxable income, use the separate procedure for filing an individual property and income tax declaration online.
How quickly does the electronic response arrive?
The State Tax Service describes the Electronic Cabinet service as providing the response within a few minutes. Some 2026 STS guidance reports typical Electronic Cabinet results in approximately 30 to 60 minutes, while other current STS instructions say the response arrives within several minutes.
These are operational estimates rather than a fixed guaranteed statutory processing deadline for this specific Electronic Cabinet request. If the result does not appear immediately, check the "Incoming/Outgoing Documents" area and the "Request for amounts of paid income" section rather than submitting repeated requests straight away.
What years can you request?
Current State Tax Service guidance states that electronic income information is available beginning with the first quarter of 1998.
For periods before 1 January 2021, information can be requested for any five years and is provided quarterly. From 1 January 2021, the information is provided monthly.
The current 2026 STS clarification also distinguishes when the newest reported information becomes available. For taxpayers whose relevant reporting follows the monthly tax period, information for the latest reporting period becomes available 25 calendar days after that period ends. Where the relevant reporting follows the quarterly tax period, it becomes available 45 calendar days after the quarter ends.
This timing concerns when newly reported data becomes available in the register; it is different from the few minutes normally needed to process an electronic request for information that is already present.
Why do some older instructions mention 50 days?
Older State Tax Service materials may state that the latest quarterly information becomes available 50 days after the quarter ends. Current May 2026 STS guidance, based on the current DRFO rules, instead distinguishes 25 calendar days for monthly reporting periods and 45 calendar days for quarterly reporting periods. For a current request, use the newer rule.
Does the statement include military levy?
Yes. The current F1419104 response includes information about the military levy alongside income and tax information.
The State Tax Service notes that personalized accounting of the military levy began on 1 January 2021. This matters when requesting older periods because the same level of personalized military-levy information is not available for periods before that date.
Is this the same as filing an income tax declaration?
No. The DRFO request retrieves information already held by the State Tax Service about your income, taxes and military levy. It does not itself file a property and income tax declaration.
You may use the information when preparing a declaration or checking reported figures, but any obligation to file a declaration must be completed separately.
If you are collecting the figures to claim eligible expenses, see the procedure for claiming a personal income tax discount.
What if recent income does not appear?
First check the period you requested and whether enough time has passed for the relevant reporting information to enter the DRFO. Current STS guidance gives the latest-period availability as 25 calendar days after a monthly reporting period or 45 calendar days after a quarterly reporting period, depending on the reporting rules applicable to the source.
The DRFO response reflects information available to the State Tax Service, including information reported by taxpayers and tax agents. A newly received payment may therefore not be visible immediately.
Do not confuse missing income data with an unpaid tax balance. If you need to determine whether you personally owe tax, use the separate process to check your personal tax debt online.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not choose the tax-declaration service when you only need existing DRFO income information.
- Select the correct period before signing the request.
- Remember that the newest reporting period may not yet be available in the DRFO.
- Use the current F1319104 request and expect the current F1419104 response when following the Electronic Cabinet process.
- If you need an electronically authenticated document, download the STS-sealed response package rather than relying only on an ordinary PDF copy.
- Do not expect pre-2021 periods to contain the same personalized military-levy detail available from 1 January 2021.
