An existing Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) can obtain an official extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (EDR) online through Diia. Sign in to your Diia citizen account, verify your personal and FOP information, pay the current UAH 125 service fee and generate the extract. Diia lists the service time as up to one minute, with the document normally becoming downloadable within a few minutes after payment from the Received Documents section of your account. Eligibility
The Diia EDR-extract service is available to an individual entrepreneur whose information can be retrieved from the Unified State Register. It can be used even if the FOP was originally registered offline because FOP registration information is maintained in the electronic register. Diia also states that an extract can be obtained after a FOP has been closed if information about that person is present in the EDR under the relevant RNOKPP. For the primary intent of this procedure, an active FOP can use the service to obtain a current official extract containing the information held in the EDR when the document is generated.
How to do it
- Open the Diia service for obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register and select the option to obtain the extract.
- Authorize or register in your Diia citizen account.
- Check the personal information in your profile. Update it first if anything is incorrect.
- Review the FOP information retrieved from the EDR. The extract will be generated from the information held in that register.
- If the FOP information is correct, proceed to payment and pay the current UAH 125 fee.
- Generate the EDR extract. Diia lists the service provision time as up to one minute.
- After processing, open the Received Documents section in your Diia personal account and download the completed extract. Diia states that the document is normally ready within a few minutes after payment.
- If you recently registered, amended or closed the FOP and the extract does not yet show the expected information, check the registration application's status under Services – Ordered Services and wait until it has been successfully processed before ordering a new extract.
What is an EDR extract for a Ukrainian FOP?
An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations is an official document containing register information about a legal entity or individual entrepreneur according to the applicable search criterion.
For a FOP using the Diia service, the document is generated from the information about that entrepreneur held in the Unified State Register, commonly abbreviated EDR. This makes the extract useful when a current official document confirming registered FOP information is requested.

How much does the FOP extract cost in 2026?
Diia currently lists the online EDR extract service at UAH 125.
The portal gives an estimated application time of about two minutes and lists provision of the service as up to one minute. Diia's service FAQ explains that after payment the extract is normally ready within a few minutes.
The UAH 125 amount applies to the specific online FOP extract service described on Diia. Do not confuse it with fees for other registry documents or with the cost of obtaining EDR information through a different service channel.
How do you order the EDR extract online?
The online process is short because Diia obtains the FOP information directly from the EDR.
- Enter the Diia EDR-extract service and authorize in your citizen account.
- Check your personal profile details and correct them if necessary.
- Review the FOP information displayed by the service.
- Pay the UAH 125 service fee.
- Generate the extract.
- Download the completed document from the Received Documents section of your Diia account.
You do not manually recreate your registration information for the document. Diia expressly states that the extract is formed according to the information about you contained in the Unified State Register.
Where can you find the extract after payment?
After payment and generation, the completed extract is available in the Received Documents section of your Diia personal account. Diia states that the document should normally be ready within a few minutes after payment.
If the application remains in processing for more than 10 minutes, Diia instructs users to check its status in the citizen account under Services – Ordered Services. If the status still does not change and no notification is received, Diia advises contacting its support service.
Wait for recent FOP changes to be registered first
If you have just submitted an online application to register, amend or close your FOP, do not order the extract until that registration application has been successfully processed. Diia explicitly gives this instruction so that the extract contains current information.
You can check the status of the earlier application in the Diia citizen account under Services – Ordered Services. Once processing is complete, return to the EDR-extract service and generate the document.

Can you use Diia if the FOP was registered offline?
Yes. Diia confirms that an FOP can obtain the extract online even when the original business registration was completed offline. The reason is that FOP registration information is maintained in the electronic EDR.
You therefore do not need to re-register the FOP through Diia merely to use the extract service.
What does 'FOP information not found' mean?
Diia retrieves the FOP information from the EDR. According to its current service guidance, a message stating that FOP information was not found can mean that:
- the EDR contains no information for the RNOKPP used for the search; or
- the FOP was registered before the EDR was created in 2004.
Do not pay repeatedly or create a new FOP registration merely because the online extract service cannot locate an older record. The underlying EDR information should be clarified first.
Can you get an extract after closing a FOP?
Yes. Diia states that a person can obtain an EDR extract after closing a FOP provided information about the person remains available in the EDR under the specified RNOKPP.
If the closure application was only recently submitted, wait until its status shows successful processing before generating the extract. This ensures that the document reflects the updated register state.
Why is the RNOKPP masked in the extract?
Diia explains that the taxpayer registration number in an EDR extract is displayed in the masked format XXXXXXXXXX, regardless of whether the document was ordered through Diia or through a CNAP. This presentation is required by the applicable rules governing EDR information.
A masked RNOKPP in the extract is therefore not, by itself, evidence that the document was generated incorrectly.
Do not confuse the EDR extract with a tax extract
The EDR extract confirms information held in Ukraine's business-registration register. It is different from documents issued from tax registers, including an extract from the register of single-tax payers.
It is also different from a registration application or a request to amend the business. Ordering an EDR extract does not change your FOP registration or KVED codes; it generates a document from information already held in the register.
What should you verify before generating the document?
- Make sure you are using the EDR extract service rather than a different tax or business-register document.
- Check your personal information in the Diia profile.
- Review the FOP information shown before payment.
- If you recently submitted a registration change, wait until it is successfully processed.
- Remember that the extract is generated from the information currently held in the EDR.
- After payment, download the document from Received Documents rather than submitting a duplicate request while the first one is still processing.
